To Log into your member account,  click on the link below.

The first time you will need to create a member account.  After the first time, you will simply need to login.  This will allow you to manage your membership account including downloading the full program or an upgrade to the program, receiving passcodes, and making changes to your information on our web site's 'Apprasier Search'. 

1.  The login is on the Missouri Auction School web site.  Click the button 'Login' on the left. 

2.  Click the 'Create Account' button the very first time you login. 

(After you have created your account you will simply enter your email address and your password and click the 'Login' button, not the 'Create Account' button since you already have an account.) 

 3.  Enter you email address.  Then make up a password for your account and enter it.  Click the box 'I am a current CAGA member'.  If you are also a customer of the Missouri Auction School then click the box 'I am a current Missouri Auction School Customer'.  Then press the 'Continue' button.

4.  Fill in your information that is requested.  Then click 'Continue'.

5.  The very first time only - THEN CHECK YOUR EMAIL:  you will receive a confirmation email to verify your member account.  At the end of the email message there is A LINK YOU MUST CLICK to verify your member account.

6.  Your account will have 3 tabs at the top: 'Your Account', 'CAGA Member info' and 'CAGA Downloads'.

'Your Account' - is your mailing information.

'CAGA Member Info' - is what will be placed in the 'appraiser search' on the CAGA web site.  You can make changes to your information.

'CAGA Downloads' - is for getting either your full version or an upgrade of the appraisal report computer program.  Click the 'Instructions' button.  Then follow the instructions.  If you already have the program on your computer select 'UPGRADE' -do not select 'FULL'.  Only Select FULL the very first time you download to your computer.

To get your passcode: 

1.  If you are a current member, you will need to do an 'UPGRADE' from the 'CAGA Downloads' tab.  The UPGRADE download will automatically unlock the program.  You do not need to enter a passcode.  You will need to do an upgrade each year to unlock the program.

2.  If you are a new member, you will need to do a 'FULL' from the 'CAGA Downloads' tab.  The download will automatically unlock the program.  You do not need to enter a passcode.
